Ten rooms, personally kept by the founder, at founding terms that never expire. Homes that begin with a Revival choose first.

The exchange is plain. Founding members receive the founder's direct attention and permanent founding terms. The Fifth Room receives ten homes in which to prove the standard, refine the reporting and earn the introductions that follow good work.

Founding terms are presented at the consultation, and they never expire. There is no countdown and no manufactured urgency. When ten rooms are accepted, founding membership closes.
