Questions about the room.

Are you a cleaning service?
No. Deep cleaning is part of the work, but it is not the whole service. Cleaners reset surfaces; we manage the room. We remove grease beyond the visible layer, service accessible appliance components, manage salt exposure, monitor finishes and keep a permanent record of the outdoor space.
Why does preventive care matter outdoors?
Grease, heat, humidity and salt accumulate quietly. Left alone, they can impair performance and accelerate corrosion, finish failure and premature replacement. Regular preventive care helps protect the useful life of the appliances, furniture and finishes that make up the room.
What does a visit include?
The exact scope follows the room. It may include grease removal from grills, burners and hood vents; refrigerator and filter cleaning; stainless and light-rust treatment; cushion, furniture and umbrella care; gentle hardwood treatment; exterior glass, cobweb and dust removal; and observation of developing wear or pest activity.
How is this different from my housekeeper or pool company?
Your housekeeper owns the home reset. Your pool company owns the water. We own the outdoor kitchen and living space, including the layer nobody wipes.
Do you work on rental homes around guests?
Yes. Rental membership is scheduled around guests and coordinated with the property manager. We do not perform turnover cleaning.
What is the Room File?
It is the home's permanent record of outdoor-room photographs, appliance information, service history, condition notes and watch items. We record developing wear, signs of rodent or insect activity and recommendations for next steps. It transfers with the home.
Do you service grills and appliances or just clean them?
We remove accessible grease buildup, clean burners and filters, perform visual and functional ignition checks, address stainless and light surface rust where appropriate, document condition and identify issues that need attention. Licensed work goes to the appropriate trade.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the 30A corridor and the Emerald Coast, from Destin to Panama City Beach. That includes Watersound, Watersound Origins, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Inlet Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Miramar Beach and Sandestin, Carillon Beach and Panama City Beach.
How is membership shaped?
Plans follow how the home is occupied and what the outdoor room contains. We recommend the right rhythm privately after we understand the space.
What happens after a storm?
A Storm Check is available on request for inspection, documentation and reset after weather. It is not included storm protection.
Can I get a one-time cleaning?
Yes, once. Every home may request one Grill Revival as an introduction. Join the Grill Plan within thirty days and the Revival counts as your foundational visit. After that first Revival, all care continues through membership.
How do I start?
Request a private consultation or call us. We will ask a few practical questions about the home and recommend the right membership rhythm.
Is this just grill cleaning?
No. Cleaning is the visible half. We also service the working parts: burners, igniters and valves get tested and proven before we leave. Most grill problems we find were never cleaning problems.
Can the Grill Revival be requested on its own?
Yes, once per home. It is the introduction to our care. Join the Grill Plan within thirty days and the Revival counts as the foundational visit. All care after that continues through membership.
My grill is really far gone.
That is our favorite kind. If it needs more than a Revival can give, we will tell you honestly on-site and quote the restoration before touching anything.
