The foundational deep service.
We remove the buildup a routine reset leaves behind, service what can be safely serviced and establish the condition of the entire outdoor space. This foundational visit is included at the start of membership and is not offered separately. Every visit ends with a photo report of the whole room, sent before the van leaves.

WHY THIS EXISTS
Built by the person who builds these rooms.
For twenty years I built outdoor rooms. Landscape, pools, outdoor kitchens, the spaces where the dinners that matter actually happen.
When my family made 30A home, I watched what the salt does to them. Beautiful kitchens surrendering in three seasons, not from use but from neglect.
It was nobody's job. The housekeeper will not touch the appliances. The repair companies will not leave the shop.
So we built the keeper.
