The Fifth Room in Inlet Beach.
Inlet Beach sits at the eastern end of South Walton beside Lake Powell and near Camp Helen State Park. Established beach houses share the area with newer residences built around pools, covered kitchens and larger outdoor rooms. Stainless, hardwood and upholstery still live in salt air even when screened or roofed.
The Fifth Room begins with the foundational deep service, then maintains the kitchen, appliances, lounge, fire, furniture and deck according to how the home is used. Developing corrosion, wear and pest activity are noted before they become arrival-day surprises.
This is also our home base. Membership stays limited enough for the work to remain personal, and every visit ends with a photo report filed to the Room File.
